The 4200-SCS is a self-contained instrument with external software drivers only available for LabVIEW™ and for specialized controlling software such as IC-CAP and BSIMPro. The 4200-SCS itself can control a variety of external instruments over a GPIB bus, with drivers included with the system. See technical data sheet for more details.
